How To Set Up a Trip...
Just call 1-800-334-5604, email or write Newlands, or make a reservation online. We can book you tentatively (assuming we have availability)...subject to receipt of your deposit (usually 65% of your trip).
CANCELLATIONS - POSTPONEMENT - RESCHEDULING:
A deposit (usually 65% of total trip) is necessary to reserve guides and cooks (who are independent contractors,) equipment, lodges, etc. If you must cancel, postpone or reschedule:
a. 21 days before arrival......full deposit refund.
b. 20 days or less...no deposit refund.
c. Note: Partial (e.g. 10 persons reserved; 6 show-up) cancellations subject to 65% charge of price.
