Dock Rules
- Newland’s Boat Dock, Ramp and Boat slips are only to be used by Newland’s owners and guests.
- NO unattended children under 18. Children under 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- NO gas containers allowed to be left on dock.
- NEVER enter a guest’s boat without permission for any reason.
- NO trash allowed to be left on dock. Please take it with you and dispose of it in your trash can.
- NO swimming due to the cold temperature of the water, changes in current and water depth
